A delicious peanut brittle, with a hint of vanilla, very addictive!
I have long ago found this recipe on Stephanie Jaworski’s website joyofbaking.com http://www.joyofbaking.com and, I don’t know why, I thought it was a bit complicated to do… Whereas on the contrary, it’s really easy and de-li-cious.

To make this recipe, as always when making candies, have all ingredients measured and ready since you’ll need to be swift. Also, you will need a candy thermometer (easily available at all prices on amazon).
