Mini salmon skewers asian cuisine style for appetizers, served with a hot and spicy mayo these mini salmon skewers are awesome!
This is a quick and easy recipe; the only delicate part is when you fry the salmon as it must not be overcooked. You can serve these mini skewers lukewarm or even cold.
With regards to the ingredients, I am giving you the quantities for 6 servings, counting 4 or 5 mini skewers per person. However, I find that this is quite a filling appetizer, specially if it is followed by a complete meal, therefore I would advise to halve the ingredients and plan to also serve a few lighter appetizers.
