Mirabelle plum tart with almond cream, so delicious!

It’s mirabelle plum season again and I decided to make a tart using these little plums as we really like them. In general, I always add a layer of hazelnut meal at the bottom of my plum tarts to absorb all the juice they release while baking and to avoid getting my puff pastry too soggy.

The cookie dough used here is very buttery and crispy. It’s a dream to work with, very easy to make and to handle, the cookie cups remain firm, crunchy, crispy, they don’t get mushy with the filling, keep well in the refrigerator, delicious!

Such an easy recipe, make it with your favorite herbal tea, sweeten it with the sweetener of your choice, there you go with a light and healthy popsicle. Green tea is full of interesting properties, antioxidant, digestive, energetic, etc.

Rhubarb and vanilla cups, a simple and delicious dessert!

Rhubarb compote is very quickly ready. After I peel and cut my rhubarb in small chunk, I like to sprinkle it with sugar and let it sit for about 15 minutes, rhubarb will release so much water, unbelievable!
