This efreshing peach salad recipe is a simple fruit salad made with assorted peaches, a delicious and refreshing dessert that everyone will love!
This is such a simple dessert, so refreshing in Summer when you can’t eat desserts that are so sweet they make you thirsty for the rest of the day.
Everybody loves this peach salad because I peel my peaches. Peach is a delicious fruit but that skin… ugh I just can’t stand it, it makes me grit my teeth and it seems that it does that to a lot of people, but once their skin is removed peaches are such a delicious fruit!
To peel peaches, I have what is called a vegetable razor, it looks exactly like a potato peeler but it is much sharper as it is serrated. With it you can easily peel peaches, tomatoes or pepper, etc. I use this vegetable razor a lot and I very much appreciate not to need to dip my peaches into boiling water. With this vegetable razor, the peaches are extra fresh.
If you don’t have a vegetable razor, just dip your peaches into boiling water for about 30 seconds and you’ll be able to peel them easily.
Then I squeeze an orange for the juice, a few raspberries to decorate and it’s a done dessert to eat in the garden after a BBQ.
