Ham and Pink Sauce, port wine sauce, delicious!

Ham and pink sauce is a delicious, quick and economic recipe for weekday dinners and also a way to cook twice your leftover ham.

The ham is just re-heated to lukewarm and is served with this port wine sauce and rice as a side.

You can either buy a few thick slices of ham (about 0.16 inches thick), or you can serve your leftover ham this way.

Shhh, don't tell all the other meat but ham/smoked shoulder/pork is my favorite meat. I could eat it day after day! I never would have thought to put a wine sauce on the ham, but it's brilliant! I can't wait to try your delightful recipe!!
