Baked sweet potatoes, a brush of olive oil, a few spices, so easy and delicious!
It is not great cuisine and so easy to make that I have hesitated before writing down this recipe but, after all, I had no idea about it before someone gave me the tip, and we so much like this recipe in my family that I have decided to give it a go.
I am counting one medium sweet potato per person, personally I can only eat about 3/4 of one
Lamb fillet, aniseed sauce with a dash of Pastis51 or Pernod alcohol (an aniseed alcohol), mushrooms and tarragon, delicious.
Lamb fillet is very well suited for anise flavor; in this sauce, the anise flavor is brought by replacing white wine by Pastis (an aniseed alcohol, not liqueur) and tarragon, which has a remote aniseed flavor.
This dish can be served with polenta, potato purée, and zucchinis for example.
Spelt risotto with vegetables, carrots, peas, green beans, green asparagus and bacon, excellent! Forget the bacon to make it a vegetarian dish!
This is really a delicious, flavorful and healthy side dish or main dish.
This dish can be made with the vegetables you have in the house, fresh or frozen. It can also be made in the same fashion using wheat, bulgur, millet, buckwheat, etc.
